Hi Sir, I am owning a House in Bangalore city, gave it for tenancy 2 years back.For last 3months tenant didn't pay the rent and not vacating the house aswell.I have his advance amount (5 Month rent) with me.Please guide me 'how to make him vacate the premise with about any big issues?'.Thanks for your suggestions. - Kumar
