Tenant landlord right. if a person is tenanat for lst 50 yr

Dear Sirs

My mother is tenant at a house since last 50 and baove years in Gujarat. She is alive . She is staying as a tenant of a common property of the society and not of a single owner. So what rights she has to get the property being getting vacted by the Chairman of the society. Can chairmen ask her to vacat the house ? What are her right to this property.

Your Question not clear beacuse what is the amount of rent and what kind of agreement you have, who signed lease with your mother and conditions of lease and it's not strate your concern clearly.
