Tenant lease

Dear sir,

I have shifted to new rented house on 1st june 2015 . agreement has not done yet but i have paid advance of 2lac . my rent is 12400/- per month. we had discussed that notice period is for 2 months. i am not happy with the house so want to shift . can i give him notice now only. r

thus any evidence as in writing or any thing when you paid to him

does have you discussed with your owner about the unsatisfaction and when he want to prepare the documents if it is one or two days then be calm and after that you can raise the issue and vacate the house after the amount and if the documents takes more time then discuss with him to return the amount as he will object for that

adv mahesh is right.as you dont have anyproof as to the advance you gave wait for him to draft the agreement.once you get a signed copy it becomes a proof for the money given to him.then you tell him that you wish to vacate.
