I had filed execution petition in small cause court based on court order to vacate the within 30 days. but tenant didn't vacate the shop. Now he has given application to pay rent for 3 months. How much will it take in execution petition case to get the possession of property.

There is not no hard and fast rule as to time frame, all depends upon the court and advocate.

In an Execution Petition, the Court cannot go behind the decree; it is bound to implement it.
