Tenant right

I have been residential tenant for 3 yrs and my rent is Rs.2000/-. My owner asked me to vacate the premesis citing for his use. He has not issued me any receipts for past 1 year. Can i file case on him to stop my eviction? Is it true that court will support tenant if the rent is below Rs.3000/-? There is no written agreement between us. I have received aknowledgement of my rent for 2 yrs and then i did not take any aknowledgement for my rent payments nor he has given me any and paid by cash. Is that true according to my lawyer that my owner can never move me out of the house if i go to court? Looking for your response . I belong to andhra pradesh.

file the suit for permanent injunction against the owner not to distrub the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit premises and not to evict due process of law so many way in cpc and you file the suit along with some documents  residing in the premises. you got injunction

The property is not yours. Why do you want to harass the owner and waste his time and your time by getting injucntion order. There might be lot of other properties which you can rent. Why do you spoil your reputation. Eventhough you might feel great here on earth you will surely punished in God's court.
