My grand father was a tenant of a flat since 1937.
After his death my grand mother became tenant & subsequently my father(MY grand mother willed the flat to my father) & now my mother is tenant.(LL transferred the rent bill By obtaining NOC from all legalheiers)
Can my mother make a will & give right of tenency to all her children.
All children don't stay with my mother.
This property is in a cessed building in Mumbai.
If the property goes in for redevelopement what about right of all the children?
