Termination during probation

Respected Sir, I am working as a HR Executive in one of the reputed hospital in chennai , I am working under probation period , but i didn't get any Job Descripttion ,Didn't report to any of the HOD, as per NABH norms  not given any trainings, But the thing is Feb is my confirmation due date ,But my HOD is not willing to ge me the confirmation letter till now , he was telling that your perfomance is not good , actually he want to transfer to some other departments, So what is the Legal Point In India To Resist Agnist When There is any Agnist  taken agnist me.

Kindly go thru probation period clause in your appointment letter and look into the criteria e.g. after Probation period your services shall be confirmed in writing/probation period shall be deemed to be extended if not confirmed in writing /probation period can be extended by another...........months/probation period is ...months/your performance shall be appraised after...........months of probation and if found good your services shall be confirmation. Are you the only HR executive in this company?

What would you learn and what can you expect from the establishment which does not assign you any meaningful work, train/coach you, and the HOD is not bothered for “who is doing what" and one fine day decides to dispense with services?

It shall be better to look for a good company with good work culture and good HR practices.
