I have even posted that there are specific judgments in which employers have lost from lower court to apex court which you have not read.

Samajhdaar ke liaye ishaara hi kaafi hota hai. Lekin Kumar Doab jaise besamajh ko patthar bhi maaro to uski moti buddhi aur chamdi per koi asar nahin hota. When after Kumar Doab's 11 vague posts, he could not provide any purposeful or practical solution and ultimately asked her to consult a local lawyer of unshakable repute, the querist did not seem to have any alternative, except to painfully bid him goodbye with and a formal thank to him, apparently quite unwillingly.

But still Mr. Kumar Doab persisted to be right in himself and posted another set of multiple posts, including one "maska marka" post prasing her child. So, she had to openly react by expressing her heart felt pain saying, "Dear Mr.Kumar, i would request you once again that i wont want any advice from you any further. I will handle it myself. And frankly speaking you just asked multiple questions without any concrete advice and moreove i could see you were trying to humiliate me by your comments on my performance. I guess you didnt read what i was going through."

But still, instead of learning a lesson and relenting over his misleading queries cum wrong advice, Mr. Kumar Doab openly declared her to be GROSSLY wrong, What a fun & pity, if Mr. Kumar Doab still considers himself as an expert!

Contrarily, an ordinary learner, Mr. Jigyasu could understand well, where Mr. Kumar Doab went wrong and for what purpose he tried to ask such a lot of personal as well as organizational information, where ultimately he was to advice only to consult some local lawyer of unshakable repute and integrity. But Mr. Kumar Doab preferred to rebuke him instead of clarifying his stand on his question about the purpose of his asking such a lot of information. That way Mr. Kumar Doab's own integrity seems to be quite doubtful.

Do you have copy of signed appraisal forms, matrix, KRA’s, performance date? My boss has not even visuted my territory in last 2 years. We have been playing mail mail..

How was your performance? My performance was at power with otyer territories, Delhi has also been degrowing in last 2 years and that too worse than me. 

Are you a member of employee’s/trade unions? No

Has the establishment issued/supplied, offer letter, appointment letter, salary slips of all months, PF number and a/c slips of all years, ESIC card, correct FnF statement, Form 16 as per correct FnF statement, acknowledgment and acceptance of notice of resignation/final resignation, acknowledgment of handover of charge, NOC/NDC……………?     Yes, all documents like salary slips, Form 16 have been issued timely on the portal.

Attach standing order in this thread.

Please if you don't mind, can I ask one question, for what purpose such a vast information about the author/ her organization was sought, IF ULTIMATYELY, YOU WERE TO ADVISE HER, "show these and communications to a very able LOCAL senior very able  counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such/consumer matters having successful track record……….for a considered opinion after due examination of standing orders for violation of standing orders if any, or departure from standing orders, and  and to opine on remedies and merits including for damages that you are contemplating...."?

I could not find any solution even in a single post out of your 12 posts in this thread.

I am also unable to understand, in what manner the thread could become useful to the author of the problem, as you stated, "I am happy to note that the discussion in the thread was useful for you."

You may be happy in yourself, but I feel, probably the author is not happy on finding none of your post containing any solution to her problem, when she stated, "Dear Mr.Kumar,   thank u so much for taking out time to help me out in such situation. Further i shall take care of this matter on my own."

I already sought your apology before posting my query.

When you have instructed, "You can not ask a single question, from anyone." and also once and forever, I  think, it is a matter of commonsense for me and you also, a learner can't dare to question an expert, except for the purpose of learning. So, as of curiosity, being a jigyasu (a learner), I wanted to learn something useful from you also, as like from others on this site.

But your cold response is really beyond my understanding!

I don't know, why you don't want to answer my query, but, hope you can understand very well that your refusal or silence can give some wrong signal about your integrity as an expert. May be either yourself did not know the exact purpose of asking such a vast personal and organizational information from the querist, or the information was sought for some specific motive or ill intention that too, when the solution seeker was a lady.

I don't mind, if you are unable to answer my query or unwilling to share your thought perception treating me also as one of the layman and a learner also.

But, once agains, I request you please like to oblige me this time by intimating me the purpose of asking such a long information? I shall note your instructions for the future.
