Termination without notice period

i was employed in a construction company of India as HR Admin Manager. suddenly i received a termination letter from company  without any notice period.  I was asked to leave with immediate effect. the same things happens to my other some colleques  too. Yhe company is register with ISO 9001-2008. My question:-

1. can terminate any one any times without valid cause and writing only management decided ?

2. what can be done against company as i did not received any notice period/ extra payment etc?

3. I am from west Bengal?

4. Termination caused in Bihar and company register in Delhi/

1,2: Was your service confirmed? What is the reason of termination stated in termination order? The notice period/pay is part of service conditions. Is it stated that if you as employee has to terminate the employment by resignation then you have to tender notice period/pay?

 

The service rules and regulations, appointment letter, certified standing orders covering your designation, should be examined.

 

Ideally the opportunity of natural justice should be granted.

 

3,4: Is the jurisdiction of courts stated in appointment letter issued to you and signed by you towards acceptance?

 

Your lawyer may opine that you can agitate at Bihar, Delhi, and West Bengal if company has an office in West Bengal, however company may oppose and press for jurisdictional courts as accepted in appointment letter. Your lawyer may opine that HC can be approached for jurisdiction of courts in that case.
