i was employed in a construction company of India as HR Admin Manager. suddenly i received a termination letter from company without any notice period. I was asked to leave with immediate effect. the same things happens to my other some colleques too. Yhe company is register with ISO 9001-2008. My question:-
1. can terminate any one any times without valid cause and writing only management decided ?
2. what can be done against company as i did not received any notice period/ extra payment etc?
3. I am from west Bengal?
4. Termination caused in Bihar and company register in Delhi/
