Terms and condition to apply for mcd

Hello,

         Please let me know the terms and condition to apply for Mutual Consent Divorce in Family Court.

          Also please clarify whether husband and wife should be staying seperatly for last for last one year         before applying for Mutual Consent Divorce or if one year should be completed after getting married.

         Else whether both above conditions should be satisfied to apply for Mutual Consent Divorce?

 

If any other terms and conditions are there for Mutual Consent Divorce then please let me know friends.
