2.what is written in "The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1959(CrPc) SEC 960.
3.what is written in "The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973(CrPc) SEC 310".

The Code of criminal procedure of 1973 is codified in a better way taking the earlier code of 1959 & 1967. Section 310 empowers the Judge or the Magistrate to initiae a local inspection for lthe purpose of properly appreciateing the evgidence given at such inquiry or trial.
