The final order

Hi All

I have made the eviction application against my licensee in the court of the competent authority, the application is made under maharashtra rent control act, on 19-09-2011 thecompetent authority granted the conditional leave to defend to my licensee as an intraculatory  order, but my licensee did not complied with this order, and he did not even filed any appeal within 30 days of this order, as a consequence the competent authority pleased to pass a final order 0n 08-12-2012 in my favor, directing my licensee to vacate and handover the peaceful possession to us along with the other reliefs, but my licensee`s advocate filed the appeal against the interim order and matrer came on the board on 5-01-2012, i haveraised my objection agaist this appeal asit was not made in the timeframe , but the judge admited his appeal and matteris kept on board 18-01-2012, but judge told  the licenseeto pay rs 200000 with the court before this date hence my question areas follows.

1. can the interim be  challenged when the final orderis passed.

2 what should i do under these circumtances.
