IF YOU COMPLE TWO QUARLLING SPOUSES IN 'SAME HOUSEHOLD' WHAT MORE YOU CAN EXPECT?

THIS IS THE CORE POINT - WHICH NEED TO BE DISCUSSED.

AFTERALL  ALL OF THEM ARE OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS OR SON AND DAUGHTERS, ABOVE ALL THEY ARE HUMAN BEINGS.

Mr. Arun, It's not a social service, though the root cause of women's problems are entrenched values of patriarchal society and remain essentially systemic. For that matter  Maintenance word in itself is derogatory to women's dignity. It should be replaced with compensation as it is known as DV so that a sense of entitlement is conveyed rather than being at someone's mercy which the word maintenance indicate.

- yes, patriarchal society responsible for it. because women were deprived from the property on the basis of zender biasness against the woman.

but to neutralize the bad effect of 'zender biasness against the woman' present government doing excess. it was social problem for one side, but  now they (govt) make agrived both the sides ie male & female.

I propose the word 'PRIVY PURSE' for it.

Why today's husbands will be victimised in the name of maintenance? - where these (as renuka ji told) were done a long back by our society,  and not any individual. Therefore instead of burdain of maintenance by individual, - more money should be spend for ladies education and employment, for standing financially by their own.

People do not care where the said sposes doing s*x or in  the same household or not,

but they feel irretated when burdain of maintenance thrown upon them irrespective to husband or wife. THE QUESTION AUTOMATICALLY COMES -

why compensate?

why for?

what the damage done by a husband to his wife? or vice varsa.

MAINTENANCE BY ONE SPOUSE TO OTHER IS NOT A WISE DECISSION BY THE PARLIAMENT.
