THEFT CASE IN RUNNING TRAIN

Sir,
I was travelling from dhanbad to kanpur central in train no 12379 jaliawalabagh express in 2AC coach A1 berth 5,6 which is scheduled to arrive in kanpur at 0355hrs. but train was late and around 0330 it was near allahabad.i met with a theft case in which a theif has snatched hand bag of my wife which was having 15000/- cash and jewelry around 5lacs. when train departed from Mugalsarai having no stoppage until kanpur i checked the doors were closed and i slept.around 0400hrs this incident happend i called 100 and 182(rpf helpline) and complained with TTE as no onboard was security was provided by railway.after enquiring i found the door (shutter between sl and ac coach) which get closed in night was open as it was unserviceable. the attended was not on his seat and no rpf was present in train. i want to file a complain in cosumer forum and i filed FIR at RPF kanpur.
