There is any Exemption from attending to court personally

respected sir/madam

I was a doubt about Civil law .
incase I filled a petition in court ( i.e writ or Pil , mostly in PIL ) which relates to group of public issue. then court will called for me in personal.

Incase I am in following situations due to any personal problems..

1- i could not attend to court personally.
2- I don't have sufficient financial status for arranging a advocate.
3- I have no chance to attend an another person on behalf of me.
4- I have in position explaining my query via email or post .

so in above situations what can I do ?

and there is any provisions in constitution or civil procedure code on above situations ????

THANKS IN ADVANCE.
