The 498A case was an FIR before the police by wife. We have already got anticipatory bail, we surrender and deposit bail bond to lower court. Now release on bail under 498A case.
we have contact the IO of our police station the charge sheet not yet prepared.

There is any process to attend court every month before final charge sheet after anticipatory bail ?

Till the time you are summoned by the court (through IO) you need not worry for filing of chargesheet. However, be in contact with your lawyer to have a watch over the action of IO/proceeding of the Court.

Its io duty to submit the chargesheet in the court, you need not have to visit the court before this, when you will get summons from the court only then visit the court with your lawyer, always be remain in contact with your lawyer.

Dear Sir,

My question is "FIR filed before the police, is there any process to attend court every month before final charge sheet after anticipatory bail ? "

Advocate Ravinder (Advocate/Attorney)     14 February 2015

After filing of the Charge Sheet it will take some time to get to the stage of Trial i.e. the Evidences of all the witnesses will begin.  It may take one to two years, because of piling up of the cases.  Till then you need not go to the court.  But you have to be in touch with your Advocate.  If your Advocate is not responding, then you can go personally to the court and verify in the section (office) what the stage of the case and how much time it will take to get to Trial stage.

There is no need to attend the court every month before the charge sheet is filed before the court by the concerned police.  There is a recent judgment by Karnataka high court o this effect.

no need to attend the court every month or whatsoever unless called.

check ur anticipatory bail - for how much days?

regular bail whether applied for with that duration?

has high court awarded regular or anticipatory bail?

check with your advocate, he would be the right person to analyse the papers, etc.
