Thing of filling partition suit but.

Dispute between my uncle and father. they are 2 brothers. My father health is declining, Uncle is adamant and we have no choice but to approach court. my query...

1.what is the time frame to settle things in court.
2.Uncle might not attend court or might delay things...does court takes action this regard aur it's just "tareek pe tareek" kind of thing.

There is no time frame as such.. The court will proceed at its own pace.. It also depends on the lawyers as to how active he is with your case.
Court can summon your uncle if he is deliberately delaying the matter.

Court proceedings will take time. Now number of judges has increased so it may conclude in one year if you regularly proceed with case.

Be brave and courageous make heart like granite stone then step to court if property is in possession of your uncle he surely contest and it will take more then 20 years to decide believe God with good faith towards court wait like soft cow.
