An Impotent person  is totally different from a  third gender person.

As far as property rights are concerned, even though he is labeled as third gender person, his birth rights over the ancestral property as a Hindu will not be extinguished just because he is a third gender person.

His rights are protected by law.

He can very well claim his rights for a legitimate share in the ancestral property.
