I received a threatening call yesterday on my mobile. No number was displayed on my mobile, instead "Private number" was displayed on the mobile screen. All calls on my mobile are recorded and hence the given call was also recorded. What was more alarming was that I was at a Police Station when the call was made to me. I informed the ACP of that Police Station and he advised me to lodge a police complaint at my local police station. The ACP and Inspector at my local police station were not available due to them being busy with the cricket match security. I hence lodged an online complaint. Please advice as to whether the police will be able to track the caller and what action further do I need to take.
