I borrow a personel loan from citifinancial in 2007 of Rs 35000 for 3 years and I paid Emi's till june 2008 after that i have moved to a small town and my bank a/c was also got closed i have tried to contact citi officers to change my bank details but nobody contact me till now today .It has been 4 years now.Today i got a news from one of my family member that a legal notice come on my name thru a registered post from some advocate but returned undelivered as i was not available.I just want to know what are the legal aspects if i will not settle the loan.and is there anytime line for recovery of loan as its almost after 4 years they are trying to serve a notice.
please help me and advic e me what should i do
