my cousin is staying in UK for last some years, on work visa. There online dating site he came acrross a European nationale woman, they chatted for some months , he took her as casual friendly realtion and later they got physical few times. meanwhile he was enaged with a girl back in inda and was about to get married , He has told all about his Indian girl and serious relation to this foreign nationale and CLEARLY ASKED HER TO NOT GO BEYOND. But the girl caught his synpathy by cooking up fasle stories of her life, then one day she told him she is preganant. He refused to accept it and asked her why she is doing this when it was decided not to go serious.
Now the boy came to Inida for his marriage with indian girl, and this european girl follwoed him all along the way, and is sending him THREAT MESSAGES TO RUIN HIS LIFE ELSE GET MARRIED.
the boy has stored all chat mesages from day one.
What all actions the boy can take for his interest now ?
and what all actions she can take against the boy ?
can she file case in india against him ? if yes, then what kind of case...
