hello
i was tikona custemer and i requested for disconnection at tikona executive couple of weeks prior to my bill generation date i.e. 26th jan 2016.
i have proofs of bill paid by me till date 25th jan 2014
tikona executive called to confirm that my connection is closed.
but still i am getting calls from their side to pay bill which is nearly 6500 till today or we file case against you.
got calls from persons telling they are lawyers from delhi high court and telling me to pay complete amt
few times there tone is threatning.
we will see you kind of tone..
i am realy frstrated from this.. why to pay extra amt as i already paid full amt till i used....
please help
