In my case FR by police is already given based on her bayan taken. Now she is protesting FR and in next week court may take cognigence of 498A. then i will go for revision, then if required to high court and supreme court. And after that cognigence is taken and suppose trial start then how long this case seems to go for complete acquittal.

In Final report by police, it is clearly mentioned that a false case is registered and all streedhan is taken back by her. The base of this cleanchit was she herself had given bayan before police in writing.all this was becoz she once accepted alimony and agreed for MCD but later on changed her bent of mind and want to put me behind bar.
Therefore she intends to protest FR so that she can fight case.
