I want to know regarding TCR as construction plan and permission was for residential permission.by local authorities.in the parking portion shops were built by builders and uper were flats.

You will need to give observation in the tcr about the same. The builder would require to convert the residential to commercial space from municipality or take a noc from them .Ideally I would suggest to go for regularization of sanction plan from municipality since the shop would need trade license and commercial electricity meter which is not possible in a residential permission .Also if you continue running commercial activity in residential plot , the muncipalitu can showcause you

Sir,N.A.permission is granted for residential purpose but builder has constructed shopping complex, too.,In this situation, whether it is needful to change N A permission from the said authorities requesting to grant permission for Residential cum Commercial purpose. If the builder does not go for change of use .e.g can we make reference in TCR.
