dear sir/ mam
i got married in 1986 and i ve a son of 26 years old now. my husband expired in 2006 and my in laws wanted me to leave the house after his death as the house was belong to my mother in law . they wanted to sell the property as they claim that they are the owner of that property as i ve no husband anymore. so they filed case against me after that i ve all the original documents with me and i ve transfered all the documents in my son's name from my mother's in law s name as per advocates advice, even my sis-in law has done the same thing made the property paper in her name bt they dont have any documents of the house as per my knowledge. nw today when i went to pay the tax of the house i came to know that they have already paid the tax in the month of feb 2014. but since 2007 i m paying the house tax in my son's name. and every nw and then they bring people to show the house from outside to sell it.
so is it possible for them to sell the house while the case are still in process?
will they be able to chase me from the house?
what is the real possibililty they can do with me?
please advice me what should i ve to do ?
i ll be thankful if you guide me to take the proper step to save the property.
