nterim Maintance case proceding in family court in her native, i have filed divorce caes in my native in 2010 after dismiss of 498 and .she by asking transfer to her native divorce case she draged 4 years suddenily now she withdraw transfer petition and filed petition divorce in different city by mentioning no case pending in any of court.
. And also she is bringing rowdys from her native and thretening near to my apartment and in police station she is fileing some petitions from police station i am receing notice..
My question is when procedings are in court why again police is entering on what sec i have to file petition and which court.
