Training Courses for Self Advocacy

Just an idea came to me, suppose i wanna fight my case myself ,of course I can do that legally, but I do not know the process,so I might commit mistakes.

Now there may be thousands of persons like  me and feeling the same feeling like me.

So would not it be a good idea if people like us get some training , how to fight our cases ourselves.

Just an alternative for people who wanna fight on their own.

Is not it an idea to be experimented ?

Please suggest.

THIS QUESTION COMES TO THE MIND OF MANY PEOPLE.

GOVT PROVIDED SUCH TYPE OF TRAINING IN THE FIELD OF LABOUR EXPLOTATION.

ALSO IN THE FIELD OF WOMEN TORTURE.

IT IS GENERALLY CALLED 'LEGAL LITERACY'. AVAILABLE IN THE ABOVE TWO FIELDS.

LCI ALSO DOING THIS GREAT JOB, BY DEFAULT.

MANY SITES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE FIELD OF LAW IN INTERNATE. THEY ALSO DOING THE SAME.

Advocates are specially trained for it .Instead of approaching a good lawyer why do you think for this alternative. If it happends then there will be no lawyers, doctors ,engineers. Don't promote such thoughts .This will be a collapsive measure. I strictly condemn.

Agree with Mr. KP Boda. And what is wrong with this sort of training?

I mean it would be a worthwhile training where one has confidence to fight one's own case. There are certainly cases where one represents one's own case though one is not a formally trained advocate.

I AGREE WITH MR K P BODA & MS RENUKA.

SUCH THINGS SHOULD BE ENCOURAGED.

YOUR ANSWER ATTRACTED MY ATTENTION.

THE REASON IS - IN LOWER COURT ADVOCATES, MANY OF THE ADVOCATES EXPLOIT THEIR CLIENT, BY MANY WAYS.

IF THE PEOPLE HAVE A LITTLE KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW AND COURT PROCEDURE, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO RESIST SUCH EXPLOTATION.

THIS IS THE ACTUAL REASON.
