Can some one file an RTI to get information about the housing plot in HUDA (Haryana Urban Development Authority). My father transfered his self earned plot in my name & a 3rd party, through RTI got hold of the transfer decree.
If its not allowed, then what action can I take against HUDA (SPIO), and how.
