dear sir, i am 50% share holder of co op socity. my wife has purchased other 50% share from my nephew. society has given noc. we have register the documents.stamp duty paid. my question is how much soc can charge me transfer fees? 50% of 25000 or 12500?
my wife has submitted all transfer papers, all forms and sent 12500 rs cheque as transfer fees of 50% shares.cheque is passed about 11 month back. they have not given acknowledgment of any papers. they have orally inform me that they want other cheque for spelling. i have sent new and is passed.
despite of several reminder letters they have not repliedof any. till now they have not raised any querry. orally they inform me that they want 50000 rs as repair and on other heads.
pls advise what law says?
