Greeting to all,
My wife is a central govt employee at Port Blair( Andaman & Nicobar ) for the last 13 years , Port Blair is an union tertiary headed by the central govt from Delhi.
Can you pls let me know if she can be transfer to Hyderabad on term of Marriage and family constrain and also the procedure for job transfer to Hyderabad on deputation or complete transfer.

In which organistion?
She can seek transfer in a central organisation on total loss of seniority if any organisation he willing to take her and if UT govt is willing to allow such transfer.

She is working with Andaman & Nicobar Administration -secretariat..
Her organization is ready to relive her only if there is job in any govt organization and job advertisement is posted in public media.. from last 3-4 years i did not see any opening for employees who are already working in Goverment job .
Is there any rule/policy were her current company can send a request to her head office asking her to be transfer to a desire location( Hyderabad)
