Dear all
I filed divorce case in the year 2009 against my wife which was transfered by my wife from Jodhpur to faridabad by supremecourt order.That case was withdrawn by me after one and half year proceeding on request of settling the matter out court.but she refuses after ward now agian i ve filled the divorce case from my native jodh pur and in first date of hearing my father in law attend the court with old order copy (2009 case) .Judge gave the next date with a instruction to make present my wife during next date.
My Question is
Weather judge can transfer my new Case based on old suprem court order to Faridabad court..
My wife also file revision petition against herdimised 125 case in Chandigarh High court.
In her old transfer application she present false evidence of not working and unemployed.
I also filed 191,195 under 340 for providing false statement in her 125 case (proved in 125 case) and in order judge dismised her petition.
Please help me with your valuable opinion.
