This is Praveen from bangalore. My father expired in 2006. The plot was registered in his name in 2004. Now i've plans to construct a house on the same plot. I approached a nationalised bank for loan. They asked me to get the owneship of land transferred to my name. May i know the procedure for the same and the documents required and other details.
