You three brothers amicably settle how to distribute it and then make partition deed among you and the partition deed shall be registered.

File RTI Application and seek certified copy applicable for such transfers and documents required for mutating the property in your name. Search website of MHADA as they have a prescribed application form, and you can pay Rs.10/- RTI fee through adhesive court fee stamps.

1. Please provide me a copy of the laid down procedure/notification/order for the transfer of property to three sons after the father's death (Allottee)

OPTION 01:
1. Since Deceased had not executed any WILL, hence file Petition before the local Civil /High Court, to issue "Letter of Administration", in favor of either of the 3 or all 3 persons, consequent to which the deceased's Property can be transferred appropriately.
OPTION 02:
2. Execute a proper Stamp Duty paid & Registered "Family Settlement Deed", by mutual signatures of all the Three legal heirs, wherein the property of deceased can be distributed amongst themselves.
3. Both above process shall confer absolute Title-Ownership of the deceased's property to the 3 Legal Heirs, for futuristic purpose of Sale /Gift/ Lease /Mortgage /Donate /Whatever ....
