I am joint owner of a Flat with my elder brother. I want to transfer my share to my father. What is the best and cheapest way?? Can I relinquish my share in my Father's name. After relinqueshment can anyone claim like my wife or my brother? Or Gift Deed is better option.
Please let me know.

Gift it your father. your brother can cliam after the demise of your father to his share and your wife also if any hunky punky happened. R U SCARED ABOUT AMEMDAMENT BILL......
