Transfer of share

Dear Experts

As there are two heirs (me and my Brother) of our intestate property in Rajasthan.

Currently we both brother are living in Delhi. I need Relinquishment Deed or any other legal declaration to transfer his share in my favor, my query is…

(A) dose this Deed need to be registered as per law or can we go for notarized only,

(B) Can we register or notarize this deed in Delhi to avoid the hassle.

Also suggest any other way which solve my purpose and can be process in Delhi

Thank

Dear Yash,

1.It has to be through relinquishment deed or release deed, share can be transfered, and it has to be registered within the jurisdiction where the property is situated.

2.Share in the Immovable properties can not be transfered through notarised documents and it does not have value.

3.It has to be done in Rajasthan only and that to where the property is sitauated through subregistrar's offce.
