My wife is working as an officer in Bank of Baroda at Hyderabad and I work for a software company in the same city. Now my wife got a zonal transfer to Mumbai. We submitted the representation on spouse grounds yet it was rejected. Can we file a petition on this as per GO on Transfer of female employees in PSBs (F. No. 4/9/1/2014-IR)?
Please advise. If yes, please advise how to proceed.
