Transfer Petetion

Dear Querist,

Please clarify whether a copy of Transfer Petition mentioned by you relates to one that you wish to file before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. If so, grounds for  transfer needs to formed and incorporated togather with facts of the case. You need to show your inability (financial, legal, business/employment, threats, etc.) to attend the case at the present court and your corresponding benefit if place where you seek to transfer to.
