Dear Experts - i have filed devorce petition at my native place where marriage was solemnsized as summarised below :
1) Place of marriage (Place X) : my place where family court exists and i have filed devorce petition here.
2) Wife residence (Place Y) : Where wife is residing & she has already filed false 498 a & domestic violence cases. Family court is not here.
3) Place Z is there which is 80 km from my place (X) and 60 km from her place (Place Y).
4) Wife is planning to file transfer petition at Jaipur high court to get the case transfered at Place Z where none of party resides.
In such cases, High court permit transfer as applied by Wife ?
