Traveling abroad

Hello all,

  1. what is the procedure to be followed in court if I wish to go abroad for a weeks time with sec.420  case pending against me ? I am out on ABA since 2007 and the trial is still on.
  2. Is the procedures too much ? will i have to deposit money with the local court?
  3. what if i travel without informing the court?
  4. Its a petty case still do i have to comply with the aba order?

It depends on the conditions imposed at the time of granting of bail to you. If the court has ordered you not to travel outside country without permission, then doing so may be asking for trouble if the complainant/State comes to know they may try going in for the cancellation of your bail. It's always better to seek the permission in advance.

Good Luck !
