Tresspass case on daughter in law

Dear experts kindly give your valuable views on the foll matter: Daughter in law was thrown out of the house. The inlaws were not allowing her to enter the house. after waiting for abt 15 days. she made the complaint to police and mahila ayog. She got the entry in the house (though the mother in law was reluctant to open the house)wth the help of mahila ayog by breaking open the locks which was locked from inside as mother in aw was present inside the home at that time. Now after three month of the incident, mother in law lodged a criminal complaint in the court and she has dragged DIL and her relatives into the trespassing case. Kindly let me know being a matrimonial home for DIL can there be charges of trespassing on DIL. the case at the stage of argument on framing of charges. thankyou.
