Tresspassing

Hello: I have a house constructed by builder with 4 storey's. The entire ground is parking lot. The Upper Ground floor is sold by the builder. The family who have bought it, in their sale deed it is clearly mentioned that they have bought only ground floor which is 25% of the constructed area, hence they have only 25% of parking in the stilt under constructed area. The backside of the ground which is not under stilt, the family keeps claiming they have a right to the same. Please advise if they continue to harass like this what action should I take? Thanks Radha
