Can anyone provide me Tripartite Agreement based on the following facts:
A Private Limited Company giving Car on lease to its employees (the company has entered into lease agreement with lease company here in delhi itself) in different cities of India for e.g in Mumbai. Since the company is Delhi regd. and so it does not have any address proof of Mumbai to enter into lease agreement in Mumbai.
So, the company decided to enter into lease agreement in Mumbai on basis of Rent Agreement entered between "THE LANDLORD" of the house where the employee of the Company is living on the basis of EMPLOYEE'S ADDRESS PROOF AND ID PROOF. The same rent agreement will be treated as the ADDRESS PROOF of THE COMPANY in MUMBAI which will help in entering into CAR LEASE AGREEMENT by the Company with the lease Company.
Question : I require a TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT between "THE LANDLORD", "THE EMPLOYEE" & "THE
COMPANY"
