We have an educational organization in the form of a society. My query poses two parts,
1. we want to convert it from charitable society into charitable trust. Is it feasible and if yes how it would be feasible?
2. In a society the members cannot be in a blood relation. The blood relation they mean is 1st degree blood relation? Is it possible to put my cousins in my society as members.
I would really appreciate if you could answer these questions.
