Trusts & societies

A trust with property was set up in 1933 as a public charitable trust for welfare of travellers and marriage ceremonies and was duly registered.

In 1973 it was registered under the Societies Act with the Registrar of societies with its aims and objects and list of trustees and the rules governing the administration.

Now, will it be called a registered Public Charitable Trust and be considered legally a trust or will it be a society registered under the Society Act. The state is Haryana.
