Respected Sirs,
In my locality i saw the sale deeds for the land and found that many of them occupied the government paths by simply registering the path along with their land and they blocked the path by construction. Due to that other residents are in trouble and moreover the approved layout was hidden in panchayat office due to corrupt officials. Is there any way to bring the hidden layout or whether the old layout can be recreated by the engineer if the sale deeds are given to him and with the recreated layout is there any way to open the blocked paths.
