Hi, My query is similar to Mr. Pradeep here we four friends are going to buy 1.3 acres of agricultur land wherein 2 khasra is clubbed one is 38 and 45 ares respectively hold by two brother due to this there is some part of land is remains in farmers name. So here in our case can we have separate 7/12 by our name or else it will come under Tukdabandi act..? Please guide.
