Twist in the case

The date for final order was given on 14.6.2022 in a case against builder for not providing Occupation certificate in Thane court. .The final order was not given in the subsequent 2 dates citing the absence of judge. The case status now shows wrong information that the complainant was absent and the opposite lawyer was present, the case does not come under Thane court. I want to know can such a twist happen ? Everything was discussed before.
