I am working in a college as an asst. Prof. since 1995. Around 2002-03, college asked me to fill two P.F. applications. My college opened E.P.F account for the period 1995 to July 2010 and Govt provident fund account in Aug.2010.When asked about two different PF accounts while I am in the same job, the college replied in written that the PF amount from EPF account will be transferred to the GPF account.But till today college has not transferred the pf amount.In this context I want to know:

Is college legally correct in opening two PF accounts with different pf agencies for an employee who is in continuous service since 1995 ?

Now college authority orally tell that college can not transfer the Pf amount to recently opened GPf account,and asked me to withdraw the amount,which I refused politely as i am working in same job. So where shall I seek justice?

Among employee & employer, who is responsible for two PF accounts and transfer of Pf amount in this case?

Can I complain to EPF authority about the default by college in PF deposits for last 3 years, as college is currently depositing PF in recently opened GPF account?
