Dear Sir/Madam,
First congratulation and thanks for this forum. Secondly, my question is my father has two wifes (first wife not divorced but stay together) and we six childrens (3 sisters married & 1 brother married yet 2 brother to be married). first wife has no kid and we all have good relations and understanding.
now the problem is we want to trasfer flat which is in name of my father in the name of second mother; but society doesnot allow.
so, please suggest in whoes name it can be transfered & how?
