Two wife's

Hello everyone one. I just want to know if some one have two living wife's then, if second wife use her husband name in voter card rasan card adhar card etc so is any legal case could be possible on her like 420, 467, 468 etc. on using husband name which is illegal. Or how to save if first wife make a case on second wife Please help very need full Thanks

If the first wife is alive and if the husband had contracted a second marriage then those proofs along with other proofs like marriage invitation, photos can be used to file bigamy case over your husband

Thank sir But problem is that after 30 yr of second marriage when husband expired then first wife file a case FIR 156 (3) stating that second wife made fake identity etc in act 420 467 and 468, Is it worry about second wife that if IO make charge sheet against second wife court will send her to jail Please help Thanks

As per law, the second wife has done no wrong. She is herself victim. No case under Section 420, 468 and 471 can be carved out, because holder of identity card, adhar card, voter identity card or voter card are identifying the owner of the card and not to establish the relationship. But second wife cannot claim any property rights from deceased husband's estate, because, the second marriage is itself void.

Thanx sir This is my personal case Here everyone is saying that every thing is now in IO hand so bribe him to stop your FIR against you. And they asked so much money because of section 420 I am not getting any best support from any where. Me and my family is in strong depression. And thanks again for helping here
